  • What is ELEC?

    Established in 1973‚ ELEC monitors the campaign financing of all elections in the State. Whether the election is for Governor or Mayor‚ member of the Legislature or a City Council‚ candidates and campaign organizations are required to file with the Commission contribution and expenditure reports.

Steps to Complete and Submit the Form:
  1. Download Adobe Acrobat Reader (if not already installed):
       • FREE Adobe Acrobat Reader Download
  2. Download the Form:
       • Right-click     the PDF document link.
       • Choose Save Link As…‚ Save Target As…‚ or Download Linked File As…‚ from the pop-up menu.
       • Save the form to your computer desktop or desired folder.
  3. Open the form:
       • Locate the saved form on your desktop or folder.
