STEP ONE
Signing Reports Electronically
The registration number and PIN will take the place of your signature allowing you to file electronically.
YOU MUST HAVE A VALID REGISTRATION NUMBER AND PIN (YOUR ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE) FOR EVERY PERSON WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SIGNING A CAMPAIGN FINANCE REPORT BEFORE FILING ELECTRONICALLY – THIS INCLUDES THE CANDIDATE‚ TREASURER‚ DEPUTY TREASURER AND POSSIBLY CHAIRPERSON.

Form D–4 Continuing Political Committee – Registration Statement and Designation of Organizational Depository
Form A–3 Committee – Sworn Statement
Form C–3 Supplemental Contributor Information – To report contributions in excess of $200 or for 72/24–hour contribution notices. This form provides enough space to report up to 18 contribution entries
Form E–3 Supplemental Expenditure Information – To report 72/24–hour expenditure notices. This form provides enough space to report up to 14 expenditure entries
