Information regarding the majority of Commission penalties can be found in Subchapter 17 of the Commission’s Unofficial Regulation Text. Additional penalty information is contained within Chapter 25 of the Commission’s Unofficial Regulation Text.

Right to Appeal

A notice of appeal of a Commission Final Decision must be filed with the New Jersey Superior Court‚ Appellate Division "within 45 days from the date of service of the decision…" New Jersey Court Rule 2:4–1(b). If you have any questions about filing the notice of appeal‚ contact the Clerk’s Office of the New Jersey Superior Court‚ Appellate Division.
