Commission filed a Rulemaking Calendar for the 2016 Third and Fourth Quarters with the OAL on February 8, 2016, concerning anticipated amendments to its rules to implement the statutorily mandated requirement to adjust the thresholds in the New Jersey Campaign Contributions and Expenditures Reporting Act, N.J.S.A. 19:44A, et seq., for campaign cost inflation.

OAL 10-19-15 NJR Comment Period Extension
The Office of Administrative Law announces that the comment period for the notice of proposal from the Election Law Enforcement Commission and other agencies, published in the October 19, 2015, New Jersey Register are hereby extended an additional 10 days, to December 28, 2015.

Notice of Change to Public Hearing Date and of Extension of Public Comment Period Annual Fee for Governmental Affairs Agents
The Commission is changing the date of the public hearing regarding Annual Fee for Governmental Affairs Agents. The original hearing date was May 19, 2015; the new hearing date is Tuesday, May 26, 2015. The Commission is also extending the deadline for the submission of written comments from May 19, 2015, to May 26, 2015.
